SML - System
HG -TEC - SML pipes, fittings and their joints are manufactured to DIN-EN 877 (former DIN19522).
Excellent cast quality as well as a high-quality surface coating are standardized at HG-TEC. In our SML program pipes are centrifugally casted in a Wet Spray/Hot Mould process, ensuring a smooth internal finish, with the lowest energy consumption.
Fittings are made in a highly sophisticated, fully automated production line, based on a Disa Matic-casting machine as preferred by most leading foundries around the world. The process ensures high levels of accuracy and dimensional tolerances and guarantees compability with SML pipes, fittings and couplings from HG-TEC as well as other manufacturers under the DIN-EN877 scheme.

Non-combustible and maintains stability up to 1000ºC·

Corrosion resistant collar and bolts in stainless steel - to EN10088 for collar, and ISO898 for bolts·
Rubber gaskets in EPDM is resistant to domestic waste and chemicals to EN681·
Allows angular deflection up to 3º in horizontal pipelines·
Gasket provides protection where pipes are cut in length - no further coating is required
